Smoke Salmon Crostinis

Toasted crostinis based with lemon creme fresh, topped with honey goat cheese, fried capers, and shallots and fresh dill


Burrata Salad

Fresh heirloom tomatoes topped with creamy burrata cheese, watermelon, prosciutto ,drizzled with a balsamic glaze, a robust EVO, flor del sel, cracked black pepper and garnished with fresh oregano

Cajun Linguine Chicken Pasta

Creamy alfredo sauce just melts right in your mouth, complemented by the spicy kick of the cajun chicken topped with refreshing tomato chunks and freshly grated Parmesan cheese and basil

Strawberry Swirl CheeseCake 

Baked Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake with 

strawberry compote , fried mint leaf, balsamic reduction,  and strawberry liqueur

Mix Green Salad 

Mix greens, fresh raspberries, jalapeno cornbread croutons, toasted candied pecans, crumbled goat cheese and grilled peaches (according to season sautéed pears in white wine)

Chef's Jerk Shrimp and Grits
Tiger Shrimp marinated in a jerk seasoning topped over slowly cooked grits in chicken broth, milk, goat cheese, parmesan cheese and covered with our butter parma beurre blanc sauce.

Surf & Turf- Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail
Filet is crusted with House spices, seared then baked to perfected temp with our signature sauce, Port & Berry reduction. Lobster tail is marinated in a garlic lemon butter parsley sauce, braised and flared


Flambe Banana Foster 

Our sweet fresh bananas (strawberry or peaches) are caramelized with vanilla extract and flambe with cognac and served over French Vanilla Ice cream (ice cream sandwiches pending size of party) topped with cinnamon toast crunch and edible (24 kt gold flakes for birthdays only)

Caesar Salad

Romaine crisp lettuce tossed in creamy caesar dressing with homemade italian croutons, topped with crispy asiago and parmesan cheese

Crab Cakes
Pan seared, filled with peppers & spices on a bed of Arugula and tagged with a Chef’s sauce with a bit of spice 

T Bone Lamb Steak & Braised Collard Greens

with sauteed strawberries
Lamb is crusted and rub down with in house spices, seared then back to perfection under a port and berry reduction tag alongside our Signature dish Collard greens which are slowly braised with bacon for taste topped with sauteed caramelized strawberries

Chocolate Double Fudge Brownies 

Brownies are double layered with fudge and walnuts throughout served topped with powdered sugar and a fresh rose strawberry and drizzle chocolate balsamic reduction

Does Chef offer cooking lessons?

Yes, we're so excited to start offering lessons in your very home in person or on video chat. Submit an inquiry for more information.

How flexible are your menu options?

The online menu is an example, a collection of our most popular dishes. If there is something else you would prefer, we would be happy to accommodate your request. \

I have food allergies, are there safe menu options available for me?

All of our food is made from scratch, giving us the ability to customize your meal to suit your specific needs.

How do I purchase services?

For dinners and other services Chef takes the time to talk with each client to make sure all your questions are answered and your needs are understood to give you the proper experience. Once your culinary solution is found, we will email an invoice.

Are your prices all inclusive?

Prices do change according to where the job is because we service in multiple areas. There is a travel fee if you're located outside a 25-mile radius from Sanford, Florida. This fee will be discussed during your initial call with Chef.

Do you deliver?

Yes. There is a travel fee if you're located outside a 25-mile radius from Sanford, Florida. This fee will be discussed during your initial call with Chef.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you must cancel, we ask for 5 day notice before your scheduled cooking visit. Any cancellations within tthat timeframe will incur fee of $50 plus the cost of groceries.

Does Chef provide eating utensils, serving utensils and eating wear?

Chef only provides the plates for your At Home Fine Dining experience.
