Prices do change according to where the job is because we service in multiple areas. Not only because we travel to you but because many people ask for different additives on their menu. However, if you're in the Florida state, our prices include the cost of groceries. Out of state partners, food cost must be reimbursed.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please note that your 25% deposit is utilized to book (retain) and hold your calendar date so that no one else books your time slot. When you make that retainer, you agree to all terms as per our contract. However, if you must cancel, we ask for a 14 day notice before your scheduled cooking visit. Any cancellations within that timeframe will incur a fee of $50 plus the cost of groceries within the 14 days. Also, your retainer is held up to two months of event date for rebooking. If your desire is outside of the 2 month period, another retainer is needed equal to first retainer to solidify calendar date.
You can also, gift your retainer to another party or forfeit it after the two months.
