Booking our services is easy! Chef Ju'von will personally discuss your needs to ensure everything is perfect. Once we have your details, we'll email you an invoice during the call. You can also submit an inquiry through our website's "Book Chef" section.

Our prices vary based on location and specific requests. In Florida, our prices include groceries. For out-of-state services, food costs need to be reimbursed. We aim to provide a clear and fair pricing structure for all our clients.

We do not offer drop-off service for services outside of meal prep. We believe, our presentation is one of the things that separates us from the norm.

We understand that plans can change. While we don't offer refunds, your 25% deposit secures your date. If you need to cancel, please give us a 14-day notice. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a $50 fee plus grocery costs. Your deposit can be held for up to two months for rebooking, gifted to someone else, or forfeited after that period. For rebooking beyond two months, a new deposit is required.
