JERK SHRIMP AND LOBSTER
BISQUE GRITS (LB GRITS)

Chef's signature Jerk Shrimp and Lobster Bisque Grits. Our jerk
shrimps are heavily marinated in jerk spices and then sautéed and
served over slowly stone ground grits cooked in female lobster base,
heavy cream and spices. This is finished with crumbled goat cheese,
roma tomatoes, and a garlic butter sauce.
This dish can be modified to Sautéed Shrimp instead of Jerk Shrimp.

6 pieces of Chinese influenced, Chef's Boujee Fried chicken
wings marinated in shaoxing wine and dusted with edible 24
kt gold and a side of Sweet cornbread with a Henny Honey

Fresh Salmon nuggets seasoned with eggcellence are bite
sized sold by 10 pc. Served with chef's choice sauce made in
